Location: Lisson Grove, North West London (NW1), NW1 Salary: From £40,000 to £40,000 per annum £22 per hour (Working 6am until 1pm) H&C Solutions is delighted to be partnering with an exciting new Greek restaurant in the heart of Marylebone. This concept celebrates the finest produce from across the Greek Islands, brought to life through a high-end casual dining experience. The menu champions simplicity, seasonality, and exceptional craftsmanship and the bakery programme sits at the heart of it. As the sole baker, you’ll lead all daily bread and pasta production, shaping a signature offering for this newly opened restaurant. Baker Benefits: • Producing a daily selection of flatbreads, artisanal sourdough, Parker House rolls, and fresh pasta, • Managing the full bakery operation independently, • £40,000 per annum, • Working 6am until 1pm, five days per week, • Maintaining consistency, quality, and precision across all doughs and bakes, • Ensuring excellent organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards, • Supporting menu development with new ideas and seasonal special Baker Requirements: • Proven experience in artisan breadmaking or restaurant bakery production, • Confidence working independently and managing your own production schedule, • Previous exposure to Mediterranean or Greek-influenced baking is advantageous, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain high standards during busy periods, • A positive attitude and genuine passion for craft baking, • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with the wider kitchen team
