Italian Chef ,Traditional Neapolitan Cuisine Pizza Metro Pizza are seeking a skilled and passionate Italian Pasta Chef,specializing in traditional Neapolitan cuisine, with expertise in preparing authentic pasta dishes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Southern Italian culinary traditions, using fresh ingredients and classic cooking techniques to deliver exceptional flavours and presentation. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Neapolitan pasta dishes., • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining authenticity, taste, and presentation., • Develop and contribute to menu creation with seasonal ingredients and regional Italian influences., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards., • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently., • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
