Location: City of London (EC1) Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum £41,000 package with service charge, 40 hrs co Sous Chef – Italian/Mediterranean Restaurant | London We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a high-quality Italian/Mediterranean restaurant in London. You will be joining a stable kitchen team of around 10 chefs, working closely with the Head Chef in a busy, fresh food environment with a strong focus on Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
